The basics especifications are:

Developer a site like hattrick.org or sokker.org, where people come, sign-up with a fee or play free, create a team, training, negotiate players,play match in diffrent divisions and cups, etc. They can see statistics about the games, when it starts, during the game they can refresh and see the score and coments.

The basics modules are:
Fórum, Transfer, Plus, Players, Matches:(Schedule, report), Official leagues, National teams, Stadium, Juniors, Friendlies and cups, Finance, Training Session, Tactics, Club Page, General Informations:(Number of countries, users, teams, logged in, awaiting teams), Registration Page, World cup.
