It has most of the funtionality that we need already..however we need a CMS and some programming to allow the artists/bands to be able to upload their music,pics,bios,links etc... and for us to have control over all content. We need a streaming player that will randomly stream music from the catalog...and will allow the listeners to listen to full tracks that we pre approve and vote on their favorites , also will display the top ten bands/artists.
We would like to feature fifty (50) mp3 sample music clips that will be available for download or purchase on CD for use commercialy, I need to be able to change or add more samples and full length music tracks something like this.
I would like to show a few sample music tracks to show the difference we can make mixing and mastering the clients Music.
I need a page to give production tips that i can change the text and jpgs and links on often.
We need a page for CD duplication and printing...
We need a forum for the site users,listeners,and industry professionals to discuss sounds,mixing, mastering etc... and we would like for the listeners, artists and industry professionals ( A&R,Managers, Producers ect... to be able to im eachother and send eachother email.
We need pages to display other indie labels or artists that we sign to digital distribution contracts to be available for download on EMUSIC,I-TUNES,Karma Download in the UK etc... we need to be able to add jpgs of the album covers as well as samples of their music I'd like for them to be able to upload the content themselves, and a few links to the services that have picked up their music. something like this www.ingrooves.com and www.mperia.com
I love the look of modern beats but, I need you to know that we are really trying to push the Digital distribution that we offer as the priority...like www.ingrooves.com I need for artists,bands,other indie labels to want to sign up with us and upload their own materials...like www.mperia.com the idea is to allow almost anyone any genre of music to join our website and upload their music to be available for download for about 88 cents...I will sign select bands,artists and indie labels to a worldwide digital distribution deal where their music will be available from download or stream on I-tunes,Emusic,Yahoo music, Napster etc... I will also offer physical distribution,wich means that when someone orders their CD i will mail it and they will receive 50% less the shipping cost
