Project description:
I need a multi-domain reciprocal links manager.
There appear to be two out there. But neither is multi-domain.

The first is too expensive
The second is almost there, but it has to be installed on each site and the author admitted that it doesn't work and no longer answers emails.
All of the claimed abilities of http://reciprocalmanager.com plus multi-domain administration, broken link checking, auto installation, etc.
Once perfected, I will use it for my 50+ domains as well as making it available for sale.
